Dear colleagues, we were recently notified that our previous hotel would not be operational for CASP 2018. However, we are pleased to announce that our new venue is the Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel.

All CASP 2018 attendees are responsible for making their own housing accommodations. CASP has secured discounted hotel rooms at the Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel where all CASP 2018 sessions, registration, exhibits, and events will be held.
Room reservations for CASP 2018 hotel will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Room rates are quoted in USD and do not include any additional fees and applicable taxes. All reservations are subject to availability. Reserve your room today!

The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms is 5:00 p.m. local time on Monday, September 24, 2018. Discounted sleeping rooms for CASP 2018 registrants are available on a first come, first served basis, and may fill prior to this date.
