CASP TX 2018 is now registering exhibitors!
Exhibitors will be hosted in the ballroom of the hotel, which is a gracious, secure space at the center of conference activities. El Paso Community College is looking forward to visiting with YOU. There are several opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition at the conference. We would love to visit with you to talk about your options, so please contact us soon. Our conference booklet deadline for ad space is August 22. After that date, we will be happy to include your company flier in our conference bag with your sponsorship.

Platinum Sponsorship includes: Three draped tables; conference meals and breaks for two representatives; full page advertisement in the conference program**; large laminated sign with your logo, sponsorship of a major meal function where you are introduced and able to briefly address the conference participants; concurrent session/focus group space (two Platinum Sponsorships available)

**Ad contracts and copy must be received by August 22, 2018. After that time, fliers may be placed with participant conference materials.
**We are also welcoming any donated items for a silent auction. And while you're there, don't forget to visit the Silent Auction table! All proceeds will go to Books Are Gems--a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire children and empower families through literacy. They serve the low income families in El Paso, Texas. Donated items with vendor's logos (i.e. pens, notepads, pencils, water bottles, etc.) are also welcomed. These will be placed in bags and given to participants.
